Kate, who runs the Hotel was one of the most friendly & generous hosts we have come across. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

立地の良い素敌なゲストハウスウフィッチ美术馆、ベッキオ桥からとても近い立地です。直ぐそばに警察署もありました。到着が16时近くでしたので、セルフチェックインでしたが、とてもわかりやすい説明をフロントの方がWhatsAppで送ってくださっていたので特に困ることはありませんでした。部屋も快适でした。一つ残念だったのは设置されていたコーヒーマシンとコーヒーが相性が悪いのか、コーヒーというよりコーヒーのカスがお汤に浮いているだけの状态で饮めるものでなかった点です。备え付きのポットがありましたので日本から持参したスティックコーヒーを饮んで凌ぎました。とてもゆっくりなスピードでしたが、エレベーターもあり、重い荷物を运ぶ际に助かりました。ホテルズドットコムに记载されていた住所は番地が违っていて、たどり着くのに少し手间取りました。正しい番地はd’Altafronte 11ではなくて1でした。フロントの方とのやりとりはほぼ全てWhatsAppででしたが、常に素早く丁宁に対応してくださいました。全体的に良いゲストハウスだったと思います。

The staff person who checked us in and out was incredibly helpful to us as we ran into some roadblocks on our travels. She went far beyond expectations. The property is lovely and comfortable and the hosts are very accommodating. The location is perfect. We were minutes from all of the major attractions in downtown. We highly recommend and will stay here again if we return to Florence.

Excelente atención y ubicación Excelente atención y ubicación. Muy moderno en un edificio antiguo. La única contra es su ascensor peque?ísimo. La relación precio calidad es muy bueno. Un alojamiento muy recomendable, volvería sin dudarlo.

This place is incredible! Located in a great area, super close to the museums and dining. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were super clean, and it was overall an amazing experience.

We loved our stay being so close to all the tourist attractions! The hotel is off an alley which helps keep it less busy and noisy too. The rooms were cute, comfy, and clean. The staff was kind and accommodating. It was also easy to take the bus to/from the train station.

We just finished our 4 night stay in Florence at Atelier Altafronte. This hotel is in a great location near everything you’ll want to see, plus it’s near the best food in town. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The only reason I had to give 4 stars is that when we had loud neighbors or neighbors with young children, we could hear them through the walls. Once they left it was fine. Huge shoutout to Kate and Ahmed for helping us navigate the train strike, which resulted in our train to Venice being canceled. They were so patient, attentive, and helpful and gave us good advice. We ended up taking a bus instead of the train. A train strike is a real Italian adventure! ?? I would recommend this property.
