Behind an inconspicuous facade In a leafy laneway, the hotel is very modern “industrial” design with great rooms and welcoming staff member Anthony. Nothing was a problem for Anthony he went out of his way to describe features of the area and even walked my wife to hail a cab in the busy side street. The hotel is located in an “art”’area of Athens, close to Omonia and museums with bars restaurants and coffee shops close at hand. We’ll be back!

Noisy and dirty. Never saw anyone at the reception desk in the entrance, but could call the number on the handwritten note on the front door to get in instructions for the room key. Couldn’t find a do not disturbe sign -that didn’t matter though, as there was no cleaning of the room for the eight nights I stayed. Room was not clean on arrival and bathroom smelled of sewer. After the first couple of days I was curious to see how long it would take before room would be cleaned. It never happened and I bought toilet paper myself when the provided roll ran out. No information of any kind in the room except from WiFi password. The bed was good and aircon worked well. Many mosquitoes during night even with windows closed and plenty of small ants. Very noisy from the outside area and from neighbours and other floor guests. Calling it a hotel is an exaggeration, no services of any kind or shared lobby area or anything. Just rooms.

You get what you paid for….. I’m a backpacker from southern Europe who has never written a review before, but I felt compelled to here. When I needed assistance most (having problems with the key to access the room) the two “emergency” phone numbers for the hotel were left unanswered several times for hours, making it impossible to get ahold of any hotel staff. Aside from this minor inconvenience, the room was minuscule and the bathroom would be flooded after a quick shower, which to me isn’t a big deal since I’m used to it. I gave this a 2 star review because it’s in an okay location and it provides average bare minimum essentials. The price is very low and it shows, but it’s honestly fine for a low maintenance traveler! Just lower quality but at a good and competitive price. Safe travels!

Situation géographique top. Sites touristiques accessibles à pieds. S'agissant de l'h?tel, petit dej très moyen, insonorisation devrait être améliorée. Les chambres sont bien décorées, la literie est correcte, mais la superficie des chambres est petite, voire très petite. Nous avions une junior suite, avec bain jacuzzi. Sympa mais rien de fou. C'est bien la 1ère fois que nous étions dans une chambre sans fenêtre. Une ouverture de toi faisait office de, mais l'absence d'occultant nous réveillait avec le jour.

Spent 2 nights in early September 2022 upon the recommendation of my cousin, who lives across the street. The neighborhood, although in transition, was quiet and safe, the grafitti makes it seem edgy, kind of like the NYC East Village in the mid-1980s, but not dangerous. The room was quiet, clean and well appointed with lovely decor and a comfortable bed and linens with a/c controlled by a wand. I didn't hear a thing and enjoyed coming and going, a few steps away I ate a lovely delicious breakfast at the little outdoor cafe 2 mornings in a row and observed Athenians going to work. Highly recommend and thank Antonnis S. for his gracious generosity.

Room was good & amenities in decent location to city centre. Walking distance to Omonia & Plaka. Only issue was a bar downstairs with loud musics / noise on a Wednesday night until 6am - couldn’t sleep.

Siamo stati 3 notti in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Avevamo una camera all'ultimo piano, con ampia terrazza che non abbiamo sfruttato molto in quanto ad agosto fa veramente molto caldo, ma fortunatamente l'aria condizionata è sempre stata perfettamente funzionante. La struttura è pulita ed il ragazzo della reception è molto cordiale. Per noi, che siamo una coppia giovane, Exarcheia è uno dei pochi quartieri di Atene che vale la pena visitare, non invaso da negozi di souvenir, con pochi turisti, ottimi ristoranti a prezzi bassissimi e buoni locali dove passare la serata.

Great stay in a great location. Very friendly staff large comfortable accommodation and a quiet place to stay in a lively, central area of Athens. Good value for money. I would readily return. Really enjoyed this stay.
