This resident are convenient but the worst part is downstairs restaurant terrible noisy .you can hear every single night carbage truck Show up midnight pick up carbage. And it's my night het tired need to get a good night sleep,you can't . I didn't enjoy my stay without good night sleep.

This property sounded fantastic on expedia's site but when we got there it was scary. It was dark and dingy the room was flithy, light switches that had dirty finger prints on them, the mattress on the so called sofa bed was torn and dirty. There was a crack in the ceiling skylight. It was very disappointing i would never suggest this property to anyone.

The room was very nice its self. I would reconsider the uncleanable cheap leather straps for handles, but to each their own on that one. There are 2 reasons for the poor report. First you could tell the owner is an extreme penny pincher. I travel a lot and absolutely hate the micro chip cards that when you are forced to take them out and the power turns off. Also when you make the keyring into a wire loop so you can’t remove the door key. This obviously causes the Air conditioner to shut off and in a hot environment when you come in late at night the room to be extremely uncomfortable. I never stay again when my comfort is not taken into consideration over saving a few cents for the cheap owner. Stop being that cheap! Second the blanket was so thin. What happened to giving an extra blanket? Again CHEAP! Lastly don’t say in you special instructions “the property’s breakfast is offered in a restaurant 20 meters away” and then not provide anything! CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP! Where I am staying now has given us a larger room, 2 key cards for the power and an extra blanket, plus there was waters in the fridge and freezer.

宿自体は绮丽で広くてよかったです。
ただ、深夜でも周囲の騒音が闻こえるのが気になりました。
あと、エレベーターに乗る手前に阶段があるので、重たい荷物の场合苦労するかもしれないです。
日本の方でここのホテルに泊まる际は、事前にwhats app を登録することをおすすめします。チェックインの际にメッセージをやり取りするツールがwhats app でした！

レジデンスなのでチェックインの方法をメールで前日に知らせると案内がありましたが、前日のフライトなので现地で受け取れないリスクを回避したく、前々日に送るように依頼して了承を得ました。しかしながらメールが来ないのでトリップドットコムに问い合わせ、フライト直前ギリギリで受け取る事ができました。
実际メールは海外使用制限により现地でメールが使えなく、事前に受け取れていて良かったです。
また予约时からツインベッドをリクエストして、ホテルから了承した旨の返事をもらっていましたが、到着したらダブルベッドでした。直ぐに现地で电话をしましたが、トリップドットコムに言って欲しいと対応を断られました。
トリップドットコムに问い合わせ、至急対応を依頼しましたが、直ぐに対応してもらえませんでした。
结果としては、偶然ルームクリーニングに来ていた従业员がいたので依頼したら、事务所に问い合わせてくれ、2ベッド対応にしてくれました。
现地で出来るのであれば、今までのやり取りが何だったのか、とても疑问です。
ロケーションは地下鉄駅かラヤも饮食街も近く、とても便利でしたし、部屋も绮丽でシャワーの水圧、温度共に问题无く、宿としては快适でした。
宿の対応がいい加减でなく适切に対応していれば、とても良いレジデンスだと思います。

Location, location, location!
The AthINN rep was very responsive and helpful. The check in information was perfect. Having a place to store luggage for early arrival was convenient. The elevator to carry luggage was great. Most of all, the location was fantastic. You can walk everywhere if you choose. Location is the reason to choose this apartment. The only negatives are street noise from bars and the apartment is a little tired. Paint, and a few repairs would make it perfect. Even with the negatives, I still recommend it highly for location alone!

Great location. Lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment was nice and generally clean. The bathrooms are small and the apartment could use a little upkeep (I.e. paint peeling, headboard dusty, curtain valances falling off). It could use a deep clean but if you want to stay in one place with a large group it’s a great option.

This property is all about the location! Absolutely loved the it! The apartment itself is in desperate need of a refresh. A coat of paint would do it wonders. The walls look dirty and are chipped. It smells musty, like a place that hasn’t been occupied for a while. It feels very old and not welcoming. The amenities are minimal at best. On a positive note the check-in instructions were perfect! I wish every self check-in place was so precise. The location is amazing - a bit noisy but being from NYC it didn’t bother us, and also it was quiet by 11ish. This place has such great potential but I guess for the price it’s ok. We stayed there for ＜12 hrs so it was fine for us but I wouldn’t want to stay there any longer than that.

Nice but noisy hotel
Great location and very nice looking room. However, the walls and doors are made of paper and they apparently have a let-your-kid-run-wild policy. Getting in is a pain, too.
