需搬行李爬回楼体，很不好的经历

Splendido B&B nel cuore di Lucca. la stanza è pulita e ben arredata, il bagno ha una doccia comoda, peccato per la mancanza del bidè. Materasso molto comodi e soprattutto una vista eccezionale su piazza dell'anfiteatro. Il servizio e l'assistenza via WA eccellenti. E' al terzo piano e ci sono un pò di gradini da fare, ma ne vale la pena. CONSIGLIATO

On ne voit personne. Le petit déjeuner est à l'extérieur et il faut attendre 8h30 pour le prendre.

Like: the room was built on the ancient Amphitheater. It is located in the midst of everything.
Dislike: The AC did not work. IT was unplugged. After a day I realized that, but then the remote had no effect in setting temperature, etc. I sweated every evening. The noise outside prevented me from leaving the window open.
There was no cleaning service. Only once did someone come to empty the trash basket and removed a used towel. Two tiny soaps and two packets of shampoo. I had to go out and buy some.
I never met the host. Once a man was outside my room, but he did not greet me nor identify himself. In a minute he was gone.
The breakfast included was across the street. Same stuff every day. Nothing to write home about. NO fruit.

Location was impeccable. Friendly owner who was quick to answer questions on sms

Only downside was the extremely loud ac. Had a rough night because of it

La posizione del B&B e in centro sicuramente un punto a suo favore. La camera però è davvero minimale, televisione mini, letto cigoloso , materasso non proprio comodo. Il letto è stato rifatto per modo di dire, Wi-Fi manco a dirlo, Insomma va bene per una o due notti. Colazione accettabile. Naturalmente raffrontato al prezzo che non è economicissimo.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte in questa struttura posta in centro con affaccio sulla piazza dell'anfiteatro. Camera arredata in modo minimale e con scarsissima manutenzione. Il condizionatore poco efficiente e con la parte esterna rotta . Il bagno privo di bidet!!! Aspiratore assordante. Considerato il costo ci aspettavamo molto di più. Peccato perché basterebbe un po più di cura.. Non ce la sentiamo di consigliarlo.
