Pros, the room was very clean and new, pillows and mattress were very comfortable, towels were thick and absorbing, air conditioning worked well, there were water bottles and coffees pods in the room, the community kitchen had microwave, fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, utensils. Location was walkable to beach and old town. The check in process was a little unconventional, I provided my name and passport info when they sent email via *******, able to checked in early and communicate via *******.

Great little room not far from old town. Great place. Clean modern and not so far from all the activity in town but quiet. Room overall isn't huge but enough for all your stuff and bathroom was awesome. Bed was so comfortable. Great communication and interactions. Overall, great.

I switched from another hotel to this one, which was a bit like an Air BnB. Great location and self checkin. Providing information online was a bit cumbersome at first but once my travel information was received, I was sent an email with entry code for the buildign and my room. It was a small. comfortable room with a private bath. There is a shared kitchen with an eating area. Each room is alloted a tray in the fridge and in the kitchen. My room was near the ktichen so some tourists were a little loud when eating breakfast or dinner. The decor is bright and colorful and the cleaning person is efficient and keeps everything nice and tidy. There is a neighborhood store nearby and avoid Leo's Cafe the owner is a foul tempered man not conducive or exemplary of the friendly and wonderful Portuguese culture that I experienced in my two weeks traveling in Portugal. I would stay at this location again as it had a full kitchen that would be great for a longer stay adn provided me the privacy I prefer. The pictures are accurate of how things look and the wifi is strong and the TV channels are available in English as well as Portuguese. YOu can also use Netlfix/Prime, etc.
