It was located at the intersection between two streets and could be seen in either direction so it was very easy to locate it and find it either when driving or when walking. There was plenty of parking space right near the front door. The bed was comfortable. The shower had one of those wonderful rain heads. The fridge was very cold, it even froze one of my beers and it wasn't even in the freezer. One of the very best touches was that there were some bowls and plates as well as a set of cutlery. Not common in motel rooms, but if you want to divide up a Chinese takeaway between a couple of people, or even if you only want to eat half of it yourself and keep the other half for the next day, you need some way of dividing it up. Just having a single takeaway container is no good, but having bowls, plates and cutlery in the room? Excellent idea. It was also only a few doors away from the local pub making it easy to get a drink and some dinner. There was not really a comfortable chair. There were four of them in the room but they seemed to be designed to be dining table chairs only. They were made of the hardest wood I have ever felt and so I immediately took the pillow from the spare bed and made that the cushion for my chair.

Was the most comfortable motel bed I've ever slept in i woke up feeling wonderful and refreshed. Friendly service very helpful.

Even though l knew this was a budget motel it is close to one of the worst l have been to. I travelled for 9 hours and was really looking forward to a hot coffee and a nice shower. Nil milk. The bed sheets had terrible marks on them. When l walked in the room it looked as though the bed had not been made. On closer inspection l am not sure the sheets were not changed. Bathroom had a terrible smell and the toilet dirty and shower mouldy. I did not shower as l seriously do not think the shower had been cleaned throughly for a while. It was noisy with people coming and going I got my blanket and pillows from my car and put the blanket over the bed and slept on that Proper cleanliness is in need

Very comfy bed, friendly service. Check in was very easy and plenty of parking available on site. We stayed in winter but the pool did look inviting. It's in central Dubbo so easy to get everywhere. We would definitely stay again when we are in the region.
