The property has a beautiful layout and offers a decent experience, but it doesn't quite live up to a 4-star standard. It feels more like a budget hotel with a few 3-star touches. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, which was a plus, but the cleanliness left much to be desired—curtains, doors, and even some parts of the walls appeared dirty or worn out. Basic amenities that one would expect at this price point were missing or not properly maintained. One of the strongest aspects of the hotel is its staff. They were polite, helpful, and genuinely made efforts to accommodate guests. Their dedication is what keeps the property going despite its shortcomings. The restaurant was a letdown. The buffet was very limited, both in variety and quality. Many items were unavailable, and the dining experience didn’t match the expectations set by the hotel’s rating. On the brighter side, the swimming pool was clean and inviting, and the lawns and garden areas were lush and well maintained, adding to the visual appeal. However, the property lacked engaging activities—most of the available recreational items were old or minimal in number. Overall, while the location and landscape of the property are pleasant, there is a significant need for improvement in terms of maintenance, hospitality standards, and overall quality. It could be a decent option for budget travelers, but I would recommend exploring other hotels in a similar price range before making a decision.
