This was one of the cutest b&b I have stayed at, conveniently located next to the airport. The room was extremely clean and the bathroom was modern. The host was friendly and communicative and the pastries and coffee at breakfast were excellent.

Really great apartment very close to Pisa airport distance although I had a car.

The B&B was very clean, comfortable and very well managed. There are a few restaurants in the block and a few more within walking distance. The owner/ manager is most helpful and accommodating.

This prooerty was easily walkavlw from the trai station and for all the attractions of Verona.
It was very clean and comfortable.
We were warmly welcomed to the property and provided with recommendations for the area.
The ice cream shop over the road is excellent!

The property is on a busy main road that leads from Pisa to the Airport, and it's about a 5 minute walk to the airport. This is convenient if you have an early flight. The property is very clean and has good AC and a good bathroom.
However there were 3 issues for us:
1) The check-in was completely remote. We communicated over WhatsApp with the owner, and used a keysafe to get in. Ok for us but would be harder for anyone who might not be as comfortable with IT.
2) Breakfast was too small and again was completely self-service. One very small pastry each, and access to about 3 types of cereal. Basic coffee or Tea - we had stayed in about 10 properties in our tour of Italy including hotels, B&Bs, Villas, and Agriturismos, and had got used to a morning cappuccino made for us. This breakfast was very basic and was a sad end to the holiday.
3) Our bathroom was across the hallway - it was not ensuite. I looked and this was not mentioned by ******* and made a big difference - with an ensuite you can easily move from bedroom to bathroom and back. With this layout, we had to get dressed, walk across the hall, unlock the (private) bathroom, then lock it, get undressed again, have our shower (for instance), then dry and get dressed, unlock the bathroom, then lock it again, then walk across the hall to the bedroom. It was unexpected as it was not documented on the ******* site when we booked.

We were allowed to check in very early with no additional charges. This really helped us. The bedroom was nice and very clean. The veranda was very small with two small chairs and a half table.
The hosts were very nice and happy to assist you. There is a large breakfast room where you can help yourself to snacks and drinks. With a fridge in your room that has free water and fizzy drinks.

Michele and Ivana made us welcome from the start to the finish. Fantastic place for either a stopover or a weeks vacation. Accommodation excellent, near the airport, near the train station, Michele gives you a guide to whats the best to visit, and best places to eat. Absolutely brilliantl!!!????????
