Rebrand from The Scarlet. Lots of good local food within distance - Amoy Street, Maxwell and Chinatown Complex Food centre - all within 10 min walk. Lots of cafe and restaurants if you want to spend more.
As the hotel just reopened, it was quiet. Some areas are not opened yet. Bed was comfortable. Theres still room for improvement.
