Spotless room, comfy bed, fabulous shower.
Room was well stocked with tea & coffee and lovely fluffy towels for the bathroom.
The decor throughout the whole hotel is incredible - amazing attention to detail and I enjoyed the little quirky style throughout.
Can’t wait to book my next stay in 2026!

Location of the hotel is excellent with easy parking onsite. Self check-in is convenient.
Room is comfortable and clean especially the bath room with powerful rain shower which is what you need after a long day:)
Will definitely visit again.

Room on ground floor looked directly onto car park. Room above had creaky floors and could hear water being drawn, a bit noisy sometimes. Bedding not very good quality. No housekeeping on short stay (we stayed for 3 nights). When asked lady who served breakfast if we could have fresh towels and replenish milk and biscuits, it wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was fine, served by a friendly waitress. Didn’t see any other staff.

Had an amazing experience, just stayed one night after a long train journey, but the staff were super accommodating when my train was delayed!! The room was small with a fabulous warm shower and comfy bed. Incredible breakfast the next day, wish I had more time here!

Very nice breakfast it’s just a shame that the girl who was very helpful who served breakfast was so overworked!

Un joli B&B à 15 minutes du centre à pied
Parking sur place. B&B joliment décoré. Chambre confortable mais plut?t petite. Lavabo très étroit pas très pratique.
Emplacement un peu excentré mais le centre reste accessible en 15 minutes à pied. Personnel sympathique qui faisait de tout leur mieux pour assurer le PDJ malgré l’absence inopinée du chef.

We were just passing through but Aye Stay provided a nice cozy room with a comfortable bed. Loved the Ness Walk just up the river.

Loved our stay at Aye Stay! Excellent rooms, facilities and a great bed and breakfast to stay at while visiting Inverness. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the area or passing through!

Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt! Beginnend von der Einrichtung über das Frühstück waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sch?n eingerichtet. Auch die Flure sowie der Speiseraum waren sch?n anzusehen. Zentral gelegen waren wir innerhalb von 15 Minuten in der City.
Das Haus ist altersbedingt hellh?rig aber alle haben Rücksicht aufeinander genommen, sodass man abends wirklich nichts geh?rt hat.
Check-in und Check-out verliefen problemlos. Wasserdruck war prima und auch das Frühstück gefiel uns sehr gut. Wir hatten die Befürchtung, dass wir nicht satt werden, weil wir vorbestellen mussten und es kein Buffet gab aber unsere Sorge hat sich nicht best?tigt. Es war die bislang beste Unterkunft auf unserer Reise.
