Aziz boathouse offers you best and comfortable stay. This boathouse is beautiful hygienic, clean. Staff is calm and supportive. The food is awesome. I had a good time here. A place to remember. It gives beautiful view of mountains. I would love to visit again.

We have recently visited Kashmir n stayed in Aziz group of houseboats in Dal lake.This houseboat is very good for friends n family. They proved pick n drop service too. They provide a different variety of food in breakfast n dinner. Food was tasty. Rooms are spacious. I like the hospitality of the place. It was a memorable stay. I strongly recommend everyone to go for Aziz grouof houseboats.

The room is decent and nice deco as they have well maintained the area.
As we went during the winter / cold weather, it’s really cold in the room without heater. Heater is only available for 2 hours as it’s using gas and not healthy for long burning. Good thing is that the staff gave the hot water pack for sleeping and keep us warmer.
The electricity sometimes goes off - not sure if it is due to the limited electricity supply. Free Wifi is provided in the room, however when electricity is gone, no wifi.
