Eranda, the manager went with us on safari and learned us so much about the animals. We are very grateful. Food was great!

This is a most wonderful place to stay - as a family staying together in the tree house was magical. It is in a fantastic location for many sites. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. And we would highly recommend the loris walk - it is a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you for all making our trip to Sri Lanka so special.

Magical treehouse jungle stay! Amazing to listen to the birds, rain and nature as you go to sleep and wake up. A real nature retreat, outside treehouse. Clean (of course some bugs as it’s outside, but not many), friendly staff and loads to do! An amazing experience to stay here. All you could need for a basic outdoorsy stay, shower/bathroom, bedroom etc. (no fancy bits eg hair dryer, but that’s not why we booked) a real Eco / nature experience! Loads to do in the are, walks/views, safari, bird watching, temples etc. Breakfast there’s tea/coffee, fresh fruit, toast and eggs and for lunch/dinner lovely vegetarian restaurant 2min walk next door (we went 3 times!) Overall worth a visit for the experience which we throughly enjoyed.

This is such a cool hotel, nestled in the jungle. And the novelty of staying in a tree house is quite fun! The hotel can help arrange nature walks which is a nice touch.

?????????? We joined the night walk to observe lorises, and it was an unforgettable experience! Our guide - Thusitha - was very knowledgeable and passionate, sharing fascinating insights about these wonderful animals and their behavior. I really appreciated how respectful the tour was — using red lights and keeping a safe distance so the lorises are not disturbed. It’s also amazing that the proceeds from the tours support the protection of their natural habitat. A truly special and meaningful experience — highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing stay! We were looked after incredibly well, the staff were fantastic and so accommodating! The food was delicious! Overall a fabulous experience!

The accommodations and food were expensive for what you got. Beds were old. It’s understandable that open air treehouses in the jungle cannot be spotless, but hotel management could still do a better job.

壁のないツリーハウスに宿泊しました。贵重な体験になりました。
虫やカエル、ヤモリがとても身近です。
有料のスローロリスウォーキングは、説明が20～30分、夜道のウォーキングが二时间半でした。
夜のジャングルは暗く、段差が激しく、足元がよく见えません。
歩くスピードは速いので、子どもや体力がない人にはお勧めできません。

De boomhut en de omgeving zijn onmiskenbaar uniek. Om zo te slapen, in de buitenlucht, met enkel een klamboe om je heen, is echt een belevenis, waar we van hebben genoten. De overige hotelfaciliteiten laten helaas te wensen over. Er is geen bar om even iets te drinken, er is geen keuzemenu voor het diner en om te drinken is er enkel water. Aangezien het hotel ver weg ligt van een winkel, dorp of supermarkt zou een vari?teit aan drank wel mogen. Wij vinden het niet kunnen dat er enkel water wordt geserveerd bij een sobere avondmaaltijd.

The cottage was basic but clean and comfortable. Meals of local style were served on time and quick. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We took the Minneriya National Park Safari (saw 50 wild elephants very well), Loris Watching (saw 5 loris and a golden jackal in one hour) and Night Safari (saw more loris, elephants, small Indian civet, Asian palm civet, Indian porcupine, Indian hare, spotted deer, white-spotted chevrotain, owl and nightjar).
