2.5 to 3 star hotel but clean , tidy, friendly and accommodating and quiet, and excellent value for money . The nice lady let me check in at 10.30 in the evening.

酒店实际上是MOTEL，没有其他酒店了，实在是没办法了，才入住了。基本上相当于国内的招待所水平，还算乾净

We had an amazing experience at Baden Lodge in Rotorua! From the moment we arrived, the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, offering fantastic local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It really felt like she genuinely cared about our experience. The room was spotless and well-organized, the bathroom had great water pressure, and Wifi was fast and reliable! If you're looking for a peaceful and cozy place to stay in Rotorua, Baden Lodge is an excellent choice. Out of all the hotels and hostels we rented on our NZ trip through both the north and south islands, this is the one we will recommend! We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in the area!

Dirty, rundown accommodation. Spa pool is only a bath as it does not go. Ceiling above shower covered in mould. Crumbs going up the stairs, no reading lights. No sky tv. Bed uncomfortable and like sleeping on a rock. Expensive $215 for awful night away. Never again. Webpage photos do not match condition of place. Parking dreadful.

The managers were so kind to us and accomodating when we got delayed by a cyclone in Queensland. The motel is budget side but we were satisfied although did not use the spa. The Kitchenette was good (hot plates, cookware, microwave toaster etc) shower hot water and bed comfortable. Quiet. Parking a bit tricky but manageable. Street parking ok if you don’t want to navigate the steep driveway. Very close to shops eg Pak n save, Woolies, and to CBD. Plenty of choice for restaurants and takeaways.

Had an overwhelming curry smell throughout the room,The spa was in dire need of a good clean and improvements,The jets did not work

Friendly staff, easy process, clean property and surroundings, easy access to places.
Would have been great if there was housekeeping staff available to change/ clean bedsheets, towels, rubbish bin for hygiene purposes.
