Guests will recieve a 24 hour cold water，cold room temperature with a room costs 4 times higher price than St. Petersburg，3 times higher price than Moscow and 3 times higher than hostel. Staff cannot give any solution.
no quality guarantee at all. And you won’t get any compensation. Nice.
