The self help check in is very smooth. The place is cozy and comfortable! The location is very convenient. Just walk distance to everywhere in town. Definitely a great choice to stay!

Cute but the smell not so good
This is a really cute place but several things need to be upgraded. One the Bed, it has no support and two the sewer smell coming from the bathroom. We would walk in from being out all day and it was muggy sewer smell as soon as you stepped into the room. I think there is something wrong with the way the trap was put in for the plumbing.

Stable conversion which works well. Appreciated the early check in, easy to check in instructions. Slight stale smell, maybe related to previous dampness; this was on arrival and persisted- may warrant investigation. Otherwise appreciated and good value for money.

The drain in the bath room was clogged, so the water wouldn’t go down. There was no door for the bath room and toiler and the bed was only 70mm wide. But the hotel is very close to train station and the staffs are kind.

A charming, beautiful stay ideally located a 4 minute walk from the train station. A lovely welcome basket was left upon arrival - and the courtyard is a great place to relax and unwind at the end of the day. Staff were also very friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend!

I'm not sure about the other rooms, but the twin bed room is too small for two people. When you walk in you are facing the shower. The bathroom a step up to the right has no door. The shower did not drain properly and water pooled near the carpet and electrical cords that were placed under an area rug. I doubt that it is up to safety codes. There is nowhere to put your belongings. We literally slept with our bags at the foot of our beds. One bed was very small. Mine was comfortable and I felt the bedding was of good quality. I liked the old world charm, but I don't feel the space was big enough for two. I question the safety of the shower flooding near wires. When you first walk in the building is dark and not that nice. The courtyard where the rooms were was nice, but that initial impression was not good. Expensive for what you get.

This was perfect for us. It felt private yet connected to everything. Loved the welcome basket. Only a few minor changes like less scent in the entry and linens - although some may like that. We also had a little difficulty finding the place. Contact information provided got us sorted. We would stay here again for sure.

I had a wonderful stay as a solo traveler! They are really close to the train station and I used them as a base to explore Bourton on the Water, Stow and I was able to go as far as Cheltenham using the 801 bus. It is a self check in with a lockbox, which suited me well as I came in on a late train. The room had a wall heater which heated up the room really well, no complaints. Thanks for the room treats, they were fabulous.

Had such an amazing stay at this place! When we arrived, the heating was already turned on - with it being -2 degrees this was such a nice bonus as we didn't have to sit and wait in the cold like other properties in the area. We got off at the Moreton train station and had to walk a short 4 minutes to get to the property! Communication prior to arrival was excellent, as the property is self service and self check-in, all the necessary codes were given to use well in advance! The welcome basket with goodies was also a lovely touch, signaling an in-person touch with no staff available, loved this!
