Siamo appena tornati da questo hotel e non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Tutto è stato perfetto: dalla pulizia della camera, spaziosa e profumata, alla colazione varia e di altissima qualità. Lo staff è gentilissimo e sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con il sorriso. La posizione è ideale. Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati, torneremo sicuramente!

Basecamp Masai Mara was an exceptional experience . Every single person working there was authentic, friendly, and went above and beyond. The accommodations were stunning and very peaceful after a full day on safari. "Lepo" was our guide who was a wealth of information, caring and wonderful to explore Masai Mara with. The food was delicious and we even bought a cookbook which the manager was able to have sent out to one of the other camps to get signed. Yes, above and beyond is what everyone does to make your time with them special. Unfortunately, I lost my list of everyone's names but you will not be disappointed by anyone who looks after you. Highly recommend

Our stay at basecamp was spectacular. The river tent we stayed in was comfortable and met all of our expectations. Our driver and guide, Dennis, was very knowledgeable and always made sure we saw every part of the beautiful Mara that we could during our stay. Andrew our waiter was kind and always made sure we were taken care of during our meal times. Would absolutely stay with them again! The staff were so welcoming. It truly felt like family.

L’expérience etait parfaite. Le safari était au dessus de nos attentes, les maasai accueillant, chaleureux et très sympathique. Lieu très reposant. Magnifique. En plein milieu de la nature. Tous les repas étaient excellent. Meilleur qu’un restaurant. Nous recommandons mille fois ce lieu et espérons revenir rapidement!

Amazing safari experience with our very professional and caring guide and driver John. My sister and I were well looked after and saw everything and more due to his experience and patience. A truly lovely stay at Basecamp Masai Mara to start our Kenyan safari trip. The tents were great, with a traditional feel and overlooked the Talek river. The food was lovely and the staff service really nice, this included setting up a candlelit fire pit dinner for my birthday. Just a short bridge crosses straight into the game reserve where you start most of the game drives. Our guide Jonathan was fantastic, his knowledge and awareness of the Mara was second to none, spotting animals from miles away and seeing things before they happened. His was so flexible on timings and when we did a hot air balloon he came to the landing site to pick us up and take us on a whole day game drive including a bush lunch. We would absolutely go out with him again. Overall, a delightful stay with some fantastic service and most of all an incredible guide!

incroyable experience. Le basecamp est magnifique avec un souci écologique performant. La nourriture est excellente avec des légumes principalement cultives sur place. Agnès la manager massa? du camp est efficace et sympathique. Nous sommes restés trois nuits avec 5 safaris dans la réserve (on choisit avec son chauffeur le programme du lendemain). Qhadrak notre chauffeur/guide était exceptionnel. Nous avons vu des specimens de tous les animaux de cette immense réserve. A noter l'incroyable proximité des animaux qu'on approche à 5m même pour les félins

It's an oasis here. The camp is perfectly embedded in nature without destroying it (we had a tree in our tent growing through our bathroom, awesome!). Everything is clean and very well organized. The staff is so friendly! We felt right at home! The camp is perfectly located for exploring the beautiful Masai Mara. We'll be back, and we'll definitely stay at this beautiful camp again. Asante!
