Excellent, what an amazing place to stay .( Toad Hall the boating station ) Lovely little house with a great balcony over looking the river . Well equipped ,very clean and very comfortable. In a quiet location yet only 15 mins walk into the centre of bath . We would defiantly go back .

This is the second time I have stayed here and I just had to write a review. This place is ideal if looking for a beautiful location; the patio over looks the river, and the room has everything you need whilst being comfy and quiet. The owners were so warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Their friendly cat wonders around and joined us every morning whilst we were having our coffee by the river. Only a short walk into the centre of Bath, close to lots of restaurants and shops. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bath and will definitely be staying again; I can't recommend it enough!
