We were desperate for accommodation for five of us, including a toddler, at the last minute on the Easter bank holiday weekend, as our intended holiday house had been double-booked by the host. Suki was really lovely and helpful and found us two rooms for the three nights, with breakfast each morning too. The beds were comfy and the cooked breakfasts were tailored to our differing needs (one gluten-free, one veggie, one fussy toddler). Free off-street parking in front of the B&B was useful with a car full of family bits and bobs and a toddler to manoeuvre in and out. Suki explained they were in the process of renovation and we look forward to going back again once the upgrade works have been done.

Me & my friend took a day trip to north wales without any bookings . At the end of day we decided to stay so we pulled our car B&B Baytree lodge. Dee was so helpful & show us our rooms . Lovly room bed was so comfortable, nice bathroom. We had a pleasant stay . Brilliant service. We will definitely stay with them again. Brilliant service & reasonable price. Near the town with nice Restaurants

We can not fault the staff- welcoming and hardworking. Rooms are very clean but very dated. No breakfast was available yet we paid for bed and breakfast. Parking is ok and access to Bangor is a level walk- although the High street is desperate and offers very little to the tourist. The pier and cafe are nice , Tap and Spile pub ok but Anglesey is so near I would suggest keep going and stay there. This B and B is outdated and rather depressing.

Stayed here for 3 nights during one of the hottest weeks of the year. We were given a large room at the front of the hotel and although dated it was exceptionally clean and the bed very comfortable. As it was so hot we slept with the windows open and even though it is on a busy road the noise was minimal. The owner was very friendly and hospitable. Great location, walking distance to all shops and bars and a good base for visiting Anglesey and Llandudno. Added bonus of secure off road parking.

The accommodation was very reasobable for the price. The bed was comfortable the host was friendly and engaging. The room decor needs updating but host informed they do have plans to renovate in the future.

Firstly we were greeted welcomingly . We booked 8 single rooms as a base for Velosity 2 , to get a phone call 1 week before to ask if we could share 4 rooms - we did and were charged ￡ 100 per room plus a " half " price breakfast ￡ 5 for a room that was very dated and not worth the money . We were charged nearly double to what the single rooms were
