We had a great stay at the Bazsinsky in Vicksburg. Andrew, the innkeeper, was incredibly nice and informative — and he made a scrumptious breakfast and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and sights to see. The mansion itself was very comfortable and beautifully well appointed, filled with many interesting curios that added to its charm and character. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I would highly recommend the Bazsinsky to anyone visiting the area.

We LOVED LOVED The Bazsinsky Bed and Breakfast. Mr Andrew was AMAZING. The room was spectacular, cool decor, very clean and neat. Mr Andrew goes over and beyond to make sure you have an AMAZING stay. Our room had everything we needed. The Bazsinsky House is BEAUTIFUL and a time capsule from 1861. Our Breakfast this morning was AMAZING. Loved the history of the house. Mr Andrew is very personable and we our conversation at Breakfast this morning. The area is safe across from the Courthouse with parking in front of the B&B. You are within walking distance to Washington Street with good food and shopping. The owners are very accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying there. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Andrew was the perfect host — he made us feel like we were visiting an old friend or family member. The house itself was beautifully decorated, and I especially loved their personal art collection displayed throughout. Each piece seemed to tell a story, and for me, it was even better than visiting an art gallery. The highlight of our stay was the homemade breakfast prepared by Andrew. We enjoyed sharing the meal with two guests from Germany while Andrew told us the fascinating history of the home. It was such an interesting and memorable experience. We definitely recommend staying at The Bazinsky House.

If you want to get a sense of Vicksburg and its history this is a great place to stay. The house is in a walkable neighborhood on a gas lit street close to downtown. Andrew, the host, can fill you in on the history of this home dating to 1861. He is also knowledgeable about the local sites and politics. The air conditioning woks well, the beds are comfortable. The breakfast that Andrew prepares is ample and tasty. The home is furnished in period antiques. For an immersive experience in this historic town it would be hard to beat.

From the moment we arrived to the end of our stay, our warm and attentive host made this a perfect overnight stay. The house is beautifully restored and spotlessly clean. Andrew prepared a delicious breakfast and was so knowledgeable about the local area. A truly memorable stay.

We stayed here before and loved it. Andrew is a great Host. Historic room on second floor large, comfortable. Andrew helped we 2 seniors me 88 w bags up stairs. It only has 2 Rooms to rent and is popular so Book early to get in. Custom breakfast. safe area with convenient parking. Highly Recommend. Richard and Darlene Texas

My mom and I stayed for 2 nights here and loved it. It was a great deal for a historic place, you can walk to all kinds of things including the Mississippi River, bars, restaurants, museums... The area is clean and safe. The rooms are comfortable and well stocked with things you might need. The host was also very nice and shared the history of the house at breakfast and the house also has lots of fun art work!

Stayed here for a night on route from Memphis to New Orleans. A great find! A lovely property in a quaint little town. The room was equipped with everything we needed and more. Andrew the host took great pride in his house and the history behind it and his family. Over breakfast he took time with all the guests to talk through it and answer any questions. Really nothing I could fault and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay. Parking on site, restraunts within walking distance and reasonably priced. All good!

Beautiful historic home. Many beautiful pieces of art and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was tasty and healthy. Central location with easy access to downtown Vicksburg. Host is very friendly and accommodating. Happy to share details of the homes history if asked.
