Modern Apartment with good facilities. Wifi excellent, spacious apartment for a couple, with a good sized balcony. Parking undercover or on the dead end road. Efficient lift with excellent security. Well stocked supermarket across the road,

Close to the centre, quiet location, very cosy and nice inside, spacious with all needed facilities included. Will definitely stay again.

It was a bit of a walk from the bus station and the old city centre but a very pleasant stay. The instructions to enter the building were a bit complicated and not quite correct but fortunately there was a lady on site to help us. The apartment was massive, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room. Bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood were hard to find but the Babylon came out of the woodwork and was more than satisfactory.

We booked a night after our flight was delayed overnight and needed emergency accommodation. Were amazed at how clean and spacious it was. It was comfortable with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge balcony.

The apartment was excellent, in a good central position of Nicosia. Marina and Tasos, with who I dealt with, were extremely helpful. I received prompt and clear communication with excellent instructions. I felt that, although the apartment was clean, it wasn’t excellent. Also it would have been helpful if there was a toaster in the kitchen. Having said that, I would definitely stay there again when staying in Nicosia.

Küchenausstattung zur Selbstverpflegung sp?rlich Das Apartment war sehr sch?n und gemütlich, aber die Küchenausstattung l?sst zu wünschen übrig. Das Appartement war für vier Personen zugelassen und teilweise nur für drei Personen Geschirr vorhanden, sehr übersichtliche Küchenausstattung. Leider gab es keine Information, wann die Zimmerreinigung stattfinden sollte. W?hrend unseres 4-t?tigem Aufenthaltes gab es keine!

Dear Petra! Thank you for your review! About the cleaning, we are hotel-apartments, so the cleaning is only for the long-term guests once a week, after the 1st week finish. If you needed a cleaner to come, you could tell us in the reception and you would pay for that service extra.Have a good day!
