We spent a couple of nights here at the start of our holiday. It was a really nice hotel, in a good central location, with a friendly welcome, helpful staff and a fabulous terrace for a cup of tea or glass of wine in the evenings. Would definitely recommend.

The service was so special and friendly. The rooms were clean, the breakfast great, and the place was in a central location. We could walk to everything. Breakfast was great every morning. The staff was helpful with any questions or concerns regarding restaurants. I would definitely return, and I highly recommend.

Daniel was very responsive in advance of our stay and helpful in planning our visit when we arrived. The rooms share a communal living room and breakfast table where we really enjoyed meeting other guests. Breakfast was great, Angela and Marco were very friendly. Rooms very clean and comfortable and the hotel is really well placed for sights and restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend, thank you.

A very welcoming and lovely accomodation. Daniel and Marco made the stay wonderful and explained everything to help with our visit. Highly recommend if you want something different than the "standard" hotel room in Palermo. Included breakfast was abudant and delicious.

Malheureusement, l’h?tel a deux résidences qui portent le même nom. Je me suis présenté à celle que je connaissais, qui n’était pas celle dans laquelle ma chambre était réservée. J’ai perdu deux heures dans la nuit, sans pouvoir manger, en attendant que l’on réponde à mes appels téléphoniques

Situato in un elegante palazzo del centro storico, in posizione comodissima per raggiungere i siti di maggior interesse ed anche i mezzi pubblici. La stanza era ubicata in uno splendido appartamento sviluppato su due piani, con ampia cucina e un bellissimo salotto ed altre due camere da letto, tutte con bagno, arredato con stile e completo di tutto. La stanza non era grandissima, ma accogliente e funzionale, con bagno ed uscita sulla bella terrazza dell’appartamento. Molto buona la pulizia e la disponibilità gratuita di acqua, the e caffè. Il personale che ci ha accolto e seguito durante i quattro giorni di permanenza è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, permettendoci non solo di fare il check in alle 9 di mattina, ma anche di fare il check out a metà pomeriggio, continuando ad usufruire di stanza e appartamento. Unica nota, se proprio devo trovare qualcosa, la colazione non molto variegata e con prodotti confezionati.

Upon arrival for a three night stay, we were greeted by lovely Sofia, the daughter of the owner. She was able to arrange for us to have a walking tour of the city with an excellent guide named Diana. The location of this B&B is excellent within walking distance of almost everything we were interested in seeing and doing. The room was very comfortable with not a hint of outside noise. The breakfasts were ample with fruit, eggs, toast, pastries, so we found everything to our liking. My husband and I highly recommend this establishment!

Very nice 4 bedroom guesthouse in a larger residential apartment building. We had Panera room which had sliding doors to terrace shared by guests. Room was nice size with desk area along with large ensuite bath and shower. Complimentary water available in room and breakfast area all day. Large living room available to guests to meet. Breakfast buffet served by Rodi who was very helpful and made sure we have plenty to eat before we started our day. Make sure to contact staff prior to arrival so they can let you into the main entrance. There is an elevator from the main floor up to the guesthouse with a couple steps.

Gute Lage, nettes Servieteam Guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Aufenthalt in Palermo und Umgebung. Die Chefin Emanuela hilft gerne mit Tipps zu Ausflugszielen und authentischer Kulinarik. Die Badezimmer sind nicht neu aber sehr sauber. Unbedingt eine ? No Mafia“ Tour buchen sehr interessant und hilft auch ein wenig das Land zu verstehen.

We found this property to be an excellent place to stay for our visit to Palermo. Very nice rooms and bathrooms. The terrace was a real bonue, very pleasant and quiet. Our stay was made by Rudy, who manages the property, she was extremely friendly and helpful in every way. Magnificent breakfast too. Would love to return. Miranda
