Friendly Landlady, rooms front and back have stunning views. Ideal location for town

An exceptional stay at Beach View Guesthouse. From the moment I arrived Karen was welcoming and helpful. Room was quiet with a great view of the harbour, a comfy bed, fluffy towels and a supply of tea, coffee and biscuits. Also the cooked breakfast was one of the best I have had, not greasy and even black pudding on the menu. Ideally situated for the Pavilion, the town centre, harbour and beach. When I am in Weymouth I will not hesitate to stay there again.

Beach View
Visited Weymouth for a few days and booking Beach View was quite last minute.
Hosts were very friendly and the room was excellent. The breakfast was tasty, hot and enough to keep you going all day

Great stay
The breakfast menu was first class our room looked over the harbor and the view was picture perfect.

My room overlooked the harbour entrance at the rear, very picturesque. Full cook breakfast to your own requirements. All excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location.

The guesthouse was in a wonderful location with views of the harbour on one side and the beach on the other. It was clean, warm, comfortable and Karen made us feel welcome right from the start. No need to worry about parking, a parking permit is available for use in the parking zones surrounding the guesthouse. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality and the checkin/checkout flexible and hassle-free. On top of all of this, we accidentally left something in the room which they posted to us. It was a perfect little get away for the weekend, we would gladly return for another stay. 5 stars!

Excellent guest house close to Weymouth beach.
Guest house in attractive listed building in premier location. Excellent service, very good breakfast. Views across the bay or harbour . Large room with table and chairs and mini fridge.

Yes clean quiet reasonably friendly hosts very good breakfasts good location few too many stairs when on top floor of six flights of stairs!
Parking nightmare but was lucky to be given an authorised parking permit by the hosts!
But all good in general!

Really enjoyed staying here, my room was facing the harbour so a lovely view. Breakfast was really good, great choice to eat. Pubs and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. Also, the town and bus stops were all close by.
