Thank you for your review! We are glad you enjoyed the convenience of our location. As a historic building, there is no elevator. Guests are always welcome to request a room on a lower floor. Heating can at times be uneven due to the history of the building, but staff are always do their best to adjust the thermostat to ensure that all guests are comfortable. To this end, we also provide additional blankets in each room.
