the room and bathroom were spotless and very comfortable and the check in and check out worked well The only thing that would have improved it would be a basic breakfast left out

We received a warm welcome and were able to check in early. The room was excellent and immaculately clean. The breakfast was really good and set us up for the day. Our host was very attentive at all times. We would definitely stay again.

I found it very good the owners were very pleasant, room was very nice the breakfast was of high quality this is. The second time I have stayed

入住便捷性：挺好找的，大雅茅斯车站出来后跟着导航步行20分钟左右就可以到了。或者打电话出租车公司预约出租车，几分钟就能到。安全：是类似民宿的，单间，安全性可以。设施：设施较为齐全，热水器出热水量不够大，但够用。就是床有点小。衞生：衞生挺乾净的。服务：老板服务很好。这是民宿，和酒店是不同风格的感受，体验还是不一样的。

Wonderful Stayed for 2 Nights in the Superior Double room..Robert the proprietor was very warm and friendly..Breakfast was lovely..Close to beach and centre.I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and i will definitely stay in that room again the next time i'm in Great yarmouth.

Good standard in a good location Very good location near the centre. The standard of the rooms is very good and clean. The toilet is a bit cramped and would not suit a large person. The breakfast is not a buffet where you can eat and drink as you would like, instead you are served a measured breakfast. You will need to read the menu clearly to see if any items will incur an additional charge.

Thanks for your review.Glad you enjoyed your stay. We don’t have a breakfast buffet and we also not promote that we do. You can have most things from the menu without paying is only when you want two cooked breakfasts and/or double cereal and yoghurt.
