Really good hotel. The location is walking distance from Batroun Village. They have a nice beach and pool of rooftop. And the best thing is the people who work there. Great service and always helping. I am recommending bebatroun to friends and family. Will visit again

Hello, This is Tony, lebanese but I live in the USA. I came back to Lebanon for a short stay 2 weeks ago at this hotel. The areas were net and clean, rooms, toilets, restaurants and hygiene were top. Food was good. But the worst thing was the receptionist red hair girl Elisa i think and her manager were so rude to me and my foreign friends. This is unacceptable to hire such unprofessional staff at a reputable place, at least hire people that are mature enough to negotiate and respect their guests and not treat them like peasants. My friends and I were very disappointed by this treatment Won't come back again.

Very nice hotel with good service. It's in a good location, 5 mins walk to Batroun old souks and all the city has to offer. Rooms are spacious and clean, with all the essentials. Also, you get access to the beach and rooftop pool. All in all, a great place to stay while spending a couple of days in the area

Don’t think twice
This is the second year we stay in BeBatroun. The hotel is amazing. We had a little incident during our stay but you can count on Ramy the manager to make things right. BeBatroun customer service is second to none. We look forward to coming back next year.

Location is great, Private beach, beautiful swimming pool. The suite was spacious, clean and up to date. Front desk was very helpful and prompt to any request with a smile . I will definitely go back.

it is perfect for 1 day stay ,but the rooms are too small , the shower has no curtains or door . the hotel does not have a kitchen to order . all room service orders are done independently from the patio restaurant which is veryyyy expensive .
