Beck's is great. Super clean and well appointed rooms.Very secure in the heart of San Francisco. A Peet's right across the street. Great prices. The owners obviously put in the effort to create a comfortable stay.
Very clean, everything works perfectly, heat is easy to control, shower is warm and lovely. This is a motel; not fancy, but there is some free parking, a miracle in SF! Staff was very friendly.
The room itself was just fine, being spacioud, comfortable, clean, and pleasantly decorated after an evidently recent make-over. Unfortunately, my room had close to no sound or thermal insulation. This meant that I felt cold most of the time, even with the inadequate heating unit on. It also meant that I could hear almost everything going in neighboring rooms and also the full brunt of often heavy traffic noise from busy Market Street just a few steps away.
Room was spotless. Really nice woman who checked me in. Easy onsite parking which is free with 24/7 security. This is a big plus in SF. I was going to a concert at Pier 80 and it was a great location. I also went to the Wooden Spoon for breakfast = 3 min walk and very good.
I travel quite a bit for business and normally stay in more upscale hotels but I would definitely stay here again. Very clean, safe, and nice people. Room was stocked with coffee and lots of outlets. Free wifi and had a video call in the am, no problem.
All in all rooms were very clean. The property was very clean. The only thing I did not like was there was no water pressure in the shower because the showerhead was leaking and when I called the front desk, they said it would be fixed tomorrow and it was never fixed.

Room was perfect! Parking was secure and the neighborhood had everything we needed within walking distance. I will always stay here from now on when I’m visiting SF.
