Это жилье от частного собственника, для заселения нужно списываться с ним в мессенджере. Туристический налог (на 3 евро выше, чем указано на сайте, тк комиссия считается сверху) нужно оплатить заранее по ссылке, то есть нужна иностранная карта.
В комнате кровать, есть собственный туалет и душ. Чайника и холодильника нет. Есть капсулы для кофе-машины, сама машина в общем тамбуре.
На подушке мы нашли клоки длинных черных волос (белье было стиранное, но от волос не очищенное) - застелили серые старые наволочки полотенцами, которые выглядели посвежее. Повезло, что мы не брезгливые, ну и было уставшими)
Выбрала этот вариант за высокий рейтинг при низкой цене, поэтому считаю важным оставить реалистичный отзыв.

Posizione centralissima. Ci sono molte opzioni per spostarsi.
Camera modesta ma con tutto il necessario per soggiornare, bagno pulito, una TV e in generale ambienti ariosi. Contesto tranquillo e soprattutto silenzioso, cosa non indifferente quando ci si vuole rilassare.
Ritornerò sicuramente!
Mickey was a 10 star for communication. Unit was very cold until I figured heaters out. Could've used a few more towels. Location was great - very walkable to all the sights I wanted to see, also public trams close by. One tip - if you order a cab/uber, schedule in advance as they take a long time to arrive!
The property was cosy and the neighbours downstairs and upstairs were very helpful and friendly. Staying in the property give me a sense of what it would be like to live in Torino compared to staying in a hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the landlord was very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this property to both tourists and business people. My visit to Torino was for business and I was happier to stay in this type of accommodation rather than a hotel since it was more homely and give me a flavour of living in Italy, I got to know two of the permanent residents. One was a business man which further endorsed the property and the other was an elderly lady who give me a friendly farewell when I left the property.
