It was a bit nice. Tho I didn’t really like the fact that I had to pay extra to have a friend visit me. Made no sense. Other than that, I think it’s fairly nice. Not an exotic place anyway, you’re getting what you pay for.

This program was great to take.a.trip to Atlas mountains and an edge of Sahara desertt.in a short period. Even take to Fes as.an end point.
Riding a camel was a.big and memorable fun.
The one night hotel accommodation and its food was good. Spending one night at a camp was good. Whilst the tent was not an old style I had expected but a today's cheap one, it was acceptable. Only regret was the guide and driver had a weak voice cause fatigue.

Tout s’est bien passé. Personnel très à l’écoute et accueillant. Les chambres sont confortables mais sans climatisation (ou ne fonctionne pas bien) mais cela ne m’a pas gêné. L’emplacement est central.

预订的大床房，给的双床房，在已经有确认邮件的情况下，办理入住耗费的时间超长，等候约一个小时才给房卡，并且没有给出任何合理解释，耽误我们的旅行时间，使当天前往拉巴特景点的计划只得取消。

因为航班延误到达晚了，酒店服务人员仍然很热情等待，后续联系帮忙也一直很热情，但是酒店擅自在没有提前通知我的前提下将我调至其他酒店，原本是看重了位置以及房间才预订的，结果新酒店离原酒店将尽两三公里，并且设施陈旧

此行摩洛哥住宿的四星级酒店里最符合有星级标准和服务的酒店，比较推荐。
前台服务贴心，拉门员也会热情提供问询服务。
房间家俱老款，但不破旧，设施还算齐备。床太小，床上用品不够舒适，太大、拖地...
整体衞生也是需要小小提升...
