Our check in was excellent. Our Host walked us to our room. The mini split unit was not working properly so he quickly moved us to another room. Much appreciated. Extremely respectful and nice as he helped us to our new room. Breakfast was excellent. The highlight of our stay was visiting with the manager that served us breakfast. She was so delightful and pleasant. Great time!!!

We enjoyed our stay here, starting with a glass of wine and pizza in the tasting room building. Breakfast was good and Megan was very pleasant and accommodating; we unfortunately missed out on speaking with Yvan which sounds like would have been interesting. Somehow, we didn't get the overall cozy, homey feeling that we experience at many other b&b's where we have stayed. We stayed in the Chocolat room and the bathroom setup was downright odd - screened panels that partially obscured the view into the bathroom, followed by a curtain that covered the water closet. Too much togetherness for us, compounded by the tiny room. The bed was comfy, nice sheets, enjoyed the heated bathroom floor and the fireplace.

The property was comfortable and clean. Parking was convenient, and the area around the hotel is walkable and safe. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Newport.

The staff was very helpful and the room was mostly comfortable. Unfortunately the towels and pillows were very poor quality, the tub didn't drain, and there was a water leak from the ceiling. The location is very convenient and quiet.

Would have been nice to have a staff member at location to oversee small things like breakfast and water in the lobby Keurig. Otherwise everyone was pleasant and helpful when contacted.

Breakfast was just so so.. Asked 3 separate days to have our hand soap and shower gel refilled because it was empty, and it never happened.

The Bellevue Manor is very well located. The breakfasts were good and the lady who prepared breakfast delightful. The staff wasn't particularly responsive to small issues that arose (e.g., lack of supplies at the coffee/tea bar).

Completely fabulous. Great staff. Great big room. Easy parking. Walk to everything Newport has to offer. Cold AV unit. Great shower. Phenomenal breakfast. Will be back. You're nuts if you dont stay here.
