No remote for the television. Not really a problem this time as I didn’t want the tv on.

I booked this guest house expecting a cozy B&B experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. Despite being advertised as a bed and breakfast, there was no breakfast provided—an essential part of the B&B promise.
I had reserved a double room, but upon arrival, I was given two single rooms on separate floors. This was bizarrely described as a “bonus,” though it felt more like a logistical headache than a perk. One of the rooms had malfunctioning facilities, and in the other, the sound of the toilet flushing echoed constantly, making it difficult to relax or sleep.
While the towels were soft, they had a dingy grey tinge that made them feel less than clean. Overall, the experience was underwhelming and uncomfortable. I couldn’t wait to leave and certainly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a genuine B&B experience.

Great value for money
The room had everything I needed & was pretty clean. En-suite shower (no bath but I prefer a shower anyway), sink & toilet were clean & in good condition. Kettle with coffee& tea options were fine & the TV had the usual free digital channels. I've paid a lot more for poorer rooms.

Budget room very close to the city centre
Excellent location being only a ten minute walk into the city centre.
A very reasonable price too and friendly staff on check in with good communication before we arrived.
The only two down sides were that the matresses were not comfortable at all and were two single beds pushed together to make a double. Also, the room was quite light (for us) at night because of the type of blind.
Those two things feel quite easy to fix though and other than those issues, it suited us well.

A lovely room clean with a comfortable bed. Only problem was the shower was cold.

Gelegen vlak bij het historische en commerci?le centrum, maar toch in een al erg verloederde buurt. Hotel is erg recent herdaan, maar op een erg goedkope manier. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk.

Rent og p?nt. Hist og her lidt slidt, men ikke problematisk.
Bagd?ren var ?bent om natten, hvilket f?ltes lidt utrygt. Jeg lukkede den bare selv.
Omr?det var ramt af d?rlig ?konomi.
Men s?dan er det jo i disse tider.
Der var ikke nogle knager til at h?nge h?ndkl?der p?, det car lidt irriterende.
Men alt i alt en meget behagelig oplevelse.

Einfach und gut nahe Zentrum von Leicester
Eine nette kleine Pension, aus der der Betreiber das Bestm?gliche herausholt. Da es eine Tür gibt, die nur mit Transponder ge?ffnet werden kann, muss für den Check-In erst einmal angerufen werden. Ein freundlicher Herr kümmert sich dann um alles.
Die Unterkunft war nicht barrierefrei, unser Zimmer nur über eine Treppe erreichbar. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr klein, da noch ein Teil für das Duschbad/WC abgezweigt worden war. Es war jedoch sauber und zweckm??ig ausgestattet (TV, kleiner Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher). Ein Schrank fehlte, es gab nur zwei kleine Ikeakommoden. Die Matratze war leider für unser Empfinden zu weich und etwas durchgelegen. Für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert und bei unserem n?chsten Leicesterbesuch definitiv wieder auf dem Plan.
Von der Lage her prima - die Innenstadt ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar (5-10 Minuten bis Haymarket, gut 5 Minuten bis zur St. Margarets Busstation). Optisch ist die Gegend weniger ansprechend, aber uns st?rte es nicht, zumal die Stra?en abends sehr gut ausgeleuchtet sind. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür, aber wir haben uns die sch?ne Stadt "erlaufen".
