Tiny gem close to everything
Gorgeous tiny gem of a hotel - great design, lovely service, delicious breakfast - would absolutely stay again and look forward to returning!

Spent three nights visiting Florence. A lot of attractions and restaurants are within walking distance. Shopping, David,, etc. Enjoyed our day.

Amazing bolt hole in the middle of Florence. Great location for all the major sights. Best night sleep all week, only slight small comment on the room we had, the bed was so big it took most of the floor space so opening 2 suitcases was a little difficult. Service impeccable and extremely helpful and attentive.

Wonderful stay in Florence
Lovely place to stay with great service. We arrived by car, and Sofia prearranged our garage entrance and also called an hour ahead so the car was ready for us. Sofia also helped us make a reservation to a restaurant that was fully booked. The room was beautiful and comfortable and clean. Breakfast at a cafe downstairs was also really good with eggs/bacon options. The location was great, we did not hear the club downstairs, as mentioned by other reviews.

A wonderful place to stay in a fabulous location! I was nervous about it being a "guest house" with no traditional reception but the hostess was always available, made check in super easy, and the reception-like area was perfect with a couple of couches and espresso machine for a place to put your feet up. The rooms were modern and cozy with king size bed and nice bathroom. The location was perfect. We walked to everywhere we needed to and were right around the corner from food, shopping, markets. Highly recommend.

Loved it here. The location near the train was convenient. While on a busy square rooms were amazingly quiet. Good AC, great location for walking and eating out. Staff was great. Our room was on the small side but you really don’t need more. Breakfast was a good option.

The location was very central and close to loads of restaurants and pubs, the decor was absolutely amazing and it's clear that there a lot of time spent making this an experience. The bed was one of the best I've ever slept in and with loads of lovely touches like fluffy robes and toiletries. The Wifi was tempramental at best and it was a little loud but the room had free earbuds which completely fixed that issue . I will certainly be staying again when we return to Florence - awesome experience from start to finish.

This is a beautiful guesthouse in central Florence. The main positive aspects is that it is gorgeous- seriously from an aesthetic point of view it is supreme. Its location is also wonderful: at the doorstep of Santa Croce, you can get to all the landmarks on foot. It is worth noticing that as beautifully decorated as it is, it is also a bit impractical regarding storage space. We had the most amazing shelf unit where you couldn't put any belongings. The shelves in the wardrobe were too high for us (we are taller than 6 feet) and there were no hangers for trousers (?!?). Our deal included breakfast, which in my opinion should have been advertised as what it consisted of: a hot drink, fruit juice and a croissant. This is served at the downstairs bar, which is associated with the guesthouse. The bed is very comfortable but we used earplugs to deal with the noise coming from the bar. The bar in itself is very nice, but I think it is important to know.

Loved this place. The location is perfect. Our room was not big, but cozy and beautiful designed. Great bed! Breakfast at Moyo is good. Didn't hear any loud music from the surrounding bars at night, but we visited during weekdays. Sofia is lovely and we liked the free coffee and biscuits.
