Dear Joyce,thank you for taking some of your valuable time to write a review.It is sad that you haven't felt to express any concern within the property during your three days stay. Especially as we met few times at the properties during your stay and your response "everything ok, thanks" at my question if you were enjoying your stay could only confirm that the Studio (from you selected for your reservation) was meeting the criteria for your three days stay.As per the telephone conversation on the day of your check-in the contact from you provided within your reservation where incorrect and although me trying to reach you via Expedia/Orbitz messaging channel I never had a response from you.Consequently as you were not reachable it was difficult for me to plan any check-in time.The property you stayed is the one from you selected for your reservation and, it match description and pictures and no private parking is advertised but only free street parking available (where possible)I am always reachable on my phone and the information about contact/parking facilities/property description are all correct and clear.Again, it is sad that you haven't raised any issue during your stay to allow me to put it right to you where possible.RegardsRobertoBexLet
