The front desk guy was polite and patient when I had an issue with my reservation. Looking forward to when the pool and jacuzzi is renovated.

Upon arrival the staff was friendly and attentive. The issues started in the room with lumpy bed that hurt me and my partners neck, struggled with the door to open or close, the shower/ bathroom combo flooded into the faucet area which made running to the restroom a messy experience. The view of the lake was nice, the heater was cozy, and the table was cool but the negative things I described almost ruined my first experience to Big Bear.

Had a most wonderful stay! New, clean, great staff, great location with a view of the lake. Couldn't of asked for a better place to stay. Had a fire in our fireplace and could walk to the Village shopping. Excellent in every way.

No offers of cleaning. However we did have pets with us, perhaps this is why. It wasn’t a major issue. Their fireplace did not function correctly and set off alarm (I checked flue and it was open etc etc I know what I am talking about) I think their chimney shaft is so tiny it dint function as it should and they have no glass over the fireplace, I don’t think the vent fan for the fireplace worked. I bought wood for nothing. Their kitchen appliances are damaged and nearly non functional and made it difficult for us. Big bear itself was great. The fact they allow dogs is great. But the overall experience was not cool.

Room was nice. Our bed frame broke but management was quick to switch us rooms. However, could not get room to a comfortable temperature.

I love the new renovations! The room was very clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check in and check out were quick and easy. My cabin was right near the lake which added a beautiful view on walks around the property.

Had a great time with family on this location. The new cabins are pretty nice looking and comfortable to stay. Great customer service and friendly.
