Bi Hotel treats you like family! We cannot say enough how lucky we feel to have booked our stay at Bi Hotel in Italy. Just by opening the balcony door to our room, you get a spectacular view of the calm sea with a lot of boats along the docks, mountains and colorful homes on mountaintops. The hotel is very close to the water (across the street ) that you practically feel you are sleeping by the ocean, and the serenity of the sounds of the waves at night is so calming. On top of this, they provided a cute breakfast of different pastries and juices in the morning. however, the main reason why we are so happy we booked with Bi Hotel is how they take care of their customers and “come to ou rescue” when we needed them. My husband and I unfortunately went to Italy during the last week in October (an off-season where almost everything is closed). We took buses to tour different attractions. On our way home, our last bus for the night broke down with the temperature dropping with heavy pouring rain. It was a very chilly night with very heavy rain. Being that it’s off season with no-one in sight, in total darkness, with no cars, buses, or taxis around, we were stranded alone on the road. Luckily, we were able to contact Massi from Bi Hotel. Massi, from the front desk of Bi Hotel, was the guardian angel who took his car and came to rescue us! We are so, so thankful to Massi for what he did! We want to send a Huge thank you to Massi from Bi Hotel for saving us from our terrible ordeal!

Small family run hotel, right beside the Marina. Our room was compact, but spotless. Side view of the marina from our small balcony. Plenty of storage, a safe, and a very comfortable bed. Room was made up every day. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful, greeting us with a smile whenever we met. We had breakfast every morning from the buffet. Cold meat and cheese, also selection of cereals were on offer. One could request tea or coffees which were the brought to the table. The dining area is quite compact, so be prepared to be sitting quite near to other people. That wasn't a problem for us, and it didn't seem to bother anyone else. I'd have no problem staying here again, if I return to Porto Ercole.

Piccolo Hotel 3 stelle centralissimo, vista mare, comodo e ben strutturato. Accoglienza speciale da parte dei gestori, sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta ma della quale non c'è n'è stato bisogno. Ottima colazione e abbondante, soprattutto la parte dolce. Una settimana di permanenza in coppia. Prezzo nella norma, ben bilanciato per località e periodo. Consigliatissimo. Spero di poterci tornare

Ampi spazi, personale molto cortese, pulito e ordinato. Perché non ha ottenuto il massimo ? 26 euro per un’insalata male assortita danno veramente fastidio .

Soggiorno davvero piacevole. L'hotel è pulito, il personale gentile e disponibile, la posizione perfetta, davanti al mare e comodo perchè è in paese. Il wifi funziona bene e il caffè della colazione è buono. Si sta benissimo! Spero di tornarci!

Una chicca! Aprendo la finestra della stanza che mi hanno assegnato e allungando il braccio, quasi riesci a toccare il mare. Posizione sublime, mi sono addormentato cullato dal suono delle onde del mare. Staff amichevole e colazione ottima. Ripeto, una chicca sul lungomare di Porto Ercole

Camera con aria condizionata rumorosa con grossa perdita di acqua sul pavimento della stanza..phon da muro inutilmente vecchio, acqua della doccia che diventa calda nonostante fosse sul freddo. Personale molto gentile. Ma se non rinnovano le stanze..rimarrà sempre e solo la gentilezza..

Come scritto già da altri utenti consiglio questo hotel per la posizione centralissima , vicino a tutti i locali dell zona dato che si trova proprio sul lungo mare. La camera scelta da noi , aveva la vista mare , aria condizionata frigo bar e bagno con doccia abbastanza grande . Gentilezza e cortesia da parte del personale . Torneremo sicuramente

Hotel pulitissimo, personale cordiale e disponibile, camere perfette e letto comodossimo. Colazione ottima. Consigliatissimo. Torneremo sicuramente. Posizione tranquilla. Prodotti da mangiare dal pane alla pizza ai dolci buonimissi.
