I wrote the below review in *********** based on our experience and after that Mr. Bindu texted me in WhatsApp asking to delete it. I find it unacceptable! Instead of admitting his mistakes and apologizing, he is writing me to delete the comment, unbelievable! We were really looking forward to the accommodation because the reviews were excellent, but unfortunately, we were disappointed. The room was full of mosquitoes, and the toilet tank lid was on the floor when we checked in. The towels were stained, and the bed linens had an unpleasant smelly. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and it was quite basic. There wasn’t even any toilet paper; we asked the host for some in the evening, but it turned out they do not have any at home. They were kind enough to go and buy some for us, which solved the problem, but we believe this should be a must. We asked the host (the man) to help us figure out how to get to a hike the next day using a tuk-tuk. He said he would help, but only in the morning. The next day, he wasn’t home to assist us. The only positive aspects were the breakfast and dinner. Both were delicious and filling! The older child served the meals to us very kindly.
