Very convenient accommodation not far from Lanseria airport and from restaurant. Very smooth check-in, comfortable room with all the necessary services. The staff was friendly and efficient. I'll come back when in the area.

The room was adequate with a few nice touches. Esther, the manager, was kind and gave us breakfast even though we'd changed to a room which didn't come with breakfast included. Good location.

Staff were very welcoming and courteous. Room was spacious, clean and adequately maintained and equipped. Location was very central. Beds were clean and comfortable. A very pleasant stay.

The highlight of our stay at Birch Tree was the hospitality of the staff. They were kind to me and my son, even at inconvenient times (we had a mild charger emergency they helped resolve late in the evening). The room itself - we stayed in the larger cottage - was comfy and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient for our needs. There are shops and restaurants nearby, and it’s not far off the motorway.

Birch Tree Cottage is a peaceful place that feels like home. The breakfast is great and the staff are relaxed and friendly.
