Paid a premium price for a mediocre room paid for a room with an ocean view balcony that couldn’t be used because the door was broken and you couldn’t access the balcony Wi-Fi didn’t work no television connections more than half. The electrical outlets in the room didn’t work. Staff was very nice but no management on the property. A pour overall experience.

This place is awesome, beautiful view and the people are so kind. Great vibes! I would absolutely recommend this resort for anyone looking for a vacation. I also felt very safe, security all night. I ate all week at the restaurant of the resort and the food is so good.

Dinner at Blue Sky, was Barbecued Chicken with sautéed vegetables. Food was excellent! Chicken was moist, the sauce did not overpower nor was it smothered. The sautéed vegetables was a mix of cabbage (a Jamaican staple), carrots, red onions, green beans, zucchini and green peppers. It was excellent as a side dish!! I had a coffee with dinner & they made it fresh; ground the coffee beans! The view of the ocean was beautiful!! On Fridays’s there is karaoke and two for 1 price lobsters! If you are in Negril, I suggest this place!!

We are right in the middle of the world famous 7-mile beach! Please note that our beach, just like most of the beach on 7-mile, is subject to mother nature’s tides… most of the time our beach is much bigger but there were high tides during your stay. We have the lounge upstairs which guests love to utilize to sun bathe and get away from the “beach traffic”. We look forward to seeing you next time in paradise under blue skies!

Nelia is a rockstar on our rainy last day. Fun and so Beautiful. Susie recommended Dex Elite to drive us and he was fabulous!!! I highly recommend Dex for your driver and Blue skies for the great food and cocktails. We did not stay here this trip, but we definitely will on the next trip because they have beautiful accommodations as well as this beautiful bar/restaurant. Every person, the food the drinks and the band was all fabulous.

We were upgraded to a king room with a view of the beach, and we loved how large and comfortable it was. The staff here seemed exceptionally warm and welcoming, and although we arrived in the slow season, the kitchen still delivered tasty food. This is a good base for walking along Seven Mile Beach and taking in the scene.

We are return visitors to this hotel. Mostly all positives. I’ve stayed in thousands hotels so know what to expect. The rooms with balcony’s and patio are worth the extra. Very clean nice rooms. The live music nights are always great, wish there were more. The chef is amazing food is so fresh. The staff are all polite and I am getting to know them. Location is perfect and ove the bar with swings. I also love going to drink at boat bar next door on afternoons where have live music. I can’t wait for all the upgrades and pool and gym in l, 2025 I know they are hoping. Only real negative. Speed of food service, we have stayed 3 times, first time thought was because new. I know it’s fresh food and it’s l amazing, but quite a few times waited almost an hour, for food at different times of day which is to long, we eat there some days but not as much as would if didn’t take so long. I would give this hotel a 9 out of 10 and have booked our next stay, if the food service was quicker and once renovations done would be a 10.

We never stayed at the resort but ate there 3 times. Food was great and service very friendly. The Chef arranged a tour for us of the rooms and they are beautiful. Very open, modern furnishings and amenities. Great atmosphere all round. Next time we come back we will stay with them

This place is on its way to being the best on the beach. The hotel has been recently and lovingly renovated. The Oceanview King Suites are accurately shown in the pictures on the website, and are very nicely done. They are spacious, high ceilinged, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. There was both a fridge and a mini-bar with snacks and drinks in the room. The exterior of the hotel was beautifully lit at night with almost no white light. The overall vibe was excellent. The balcony on the Oceanview King Suite was comfortable and equipped with hanging chairs. The view from the balcony is notably absent from the pictures on the website as there is a two story building in front of it. Despite this building housing the kitchen and restaurant a few feet away, the room was relatively quiet in the morning, even with the windows open. The view of the ocean is, at best, obstructed by the building. In this building, above the restaurant, is another bar and lounge space. This looks like it will be great for events. It sits slightly higher that the balcony of the room and is surrounded by glass partial walls below the railings. So, if you sit on the balcony and look off towards the right, you can see a bit of the ocean through two panes of glass and across the wide open lounge space. The lounge is a great spot to happy hour and watch the sunset. The beach is lovely soft white sand and the ocean was very calm during our stay. There are umbrellas and lounge chairs available, as well as a beach bar with swings. The food and drinks on the beach were excellent. There are floaties and water toys available for guest use. The restaurant was generally fantastic, and will be reviewed separately. There seemed to be a steady of stream of live music during the afternoons and evenings. The live sax player was amazing over the weekend, as was the Tuesday night Reggae band. There are bars and restaurants in each direction on the beach for a bit of variety. The staff is great and well intentioned. It is clear that there is an active effort at training and improving the service. There were water issues in Negril throughout our stay, and the public water system had apparently failed. The hotel took several deliveries of water by truck, but there were also large chunks of a few days with no running water. While any hotel can be affected by water supply issues, the great ones have a plan for dealing with the problem. There wasn’t much of a plan for either conserving water when it was there, or working with guests to find solutions when it was not. The staff response was merely that there was no water, and that a truck was probably coming at some point. You never knew which flush could be the last, and there didn’t seem to be much of plan for when the toilets were full. The staff; Kayan, Chereese, Chaneel, Susie, Veronica are all wonderful, polite, helpful, beautiful young women. They make a point of knowing your name and at times reading your mind. Lots of fun regardless of the morning shift or evening. Always greeting am and pm with big smiles. All staff was very approachable. A quick chat with Dwight every morning was fun too!! The breakfast plan was convenient and delicious to start the day. Of course you can’t beat Jamaican coffee. The entertainment 3 evenings a week was a wonderful surprise and exceptional. Especially Alexandria Love and the talented band. As for our accommodation, the king bed was very comfortable and room was always very clean. AC was perfect. Location was stellar. Right in the middle of the crazy beach goers. And literally on the beach. This is the place to be if you like to people watch. Hilarious at times. Beach towels supplied daily was another nice surprise and very convenient. We will book here again next trip to beautiful Jamaica ????!!!
