Dear Alex, We are sorry to read this now through a review and not having been able to talk about it on-site, we could have found a better solution for your accommodation and needs. In the Borgo there are different types of rooms (double, twin and suite) and apartments in which there are common areas such as the living room and kitchen, maybe you should have been happier having a room in an apartment if you were wondering where to share some time with your family. In any case, the cleaning of the rooms and apartments is very important to us and we always do our best to ensure that the rooms are in excellent condition. The Borgo takes care of the breakfast and buffet light-lunch only, for all the other meals it is always the catering in charge, and the catering is an external company service. If our food was not tasty for you, we are sorry and as usual we will do our best to satisfy all our guests. We are surprised by the comment referring to the swimming pool as we have specialised staff who ensure that the pool water parameters correspond to those required by law. Furthermore our staff during the entire event is always available for customers and ensures that every moment of the event go smoothly, by continuously going around in the Borgo and checking all the suppliers. We are very surprised to read your comment and we are open to other advices and feedbacks.
