A wonderful stay from start to finish. Haven't stayeden my husband had nosebleed at anywhere better. Clean, tidy very tasteful decor but has a warmth like a big hug as soon as you walk through the magnificent front door. Room was perfect and the view superb. Parking was a bonus. Breakfast was the best we have ever had, freshly cooked to perfection. The "Boys" as my husband and I called them have a lovely warmth about them and a wonderful sense of humour, that made the stay even better. We're very solicitous when my husband had nosebleed at breakfast one morning, thank you both. Will definitely be staying again next year.

Great place to stay. Fab breakfast and excellent staff and service. Room was fine with everything you needed. Good location, just a short walk to the beach and short distance to town. Lots of choices of places to eat in the evening. Car park is a bonus. We will be back

Lovely b&b. On site parking and not far from the beach. Clean and tidy. You can walk to town/shops it's not far. Our room had a sea view and balcony. Lovely comfy bed. Friendly owner and staff. Fantastic cooked breakfast and cold options too. Nice little sitting room with a honesty bar. Outside seating. Would stay again.

Very short, if steep, walk to Gylly beach which was wonderful. Pretty 10 minutes walk into town. Useful Co-op around the corner. Delicious cooked breakfast. Friendly, helpful service. My daughter and I shared the Bay room. Really comfortable bed. Nice to see a bit of the sea from it. The next door room has a balcony which looked nice. Look forward to staying again!

Excellent location for Falmouth beach, and a short walk to Falmouth town centre. Fantastic communication from host, who made arrangements for early check-in, and made to feel at home during the stay. Excellent accommodation and superb breakfast made for a fantastic couple of days

Very friendly and comfortable B&B with an individually-cooked breakfast each morning. The rooms are very clean and serviced each morning with coffee, tea, water , biscuits and even a chocolate mint each. The owner, Zana, (apologies if the spelling is not right), and all the staff were very friendly, helpful and polite and nothing was too much trouble. The car park was adequate as far as size and accessibility was concerned The only downside is there is not many places to eat very near so a car is almost essential.

We had a lovely room with a side sea view (the garden room). Hotel has a guest lounge and small patio/terrace which is nice to relax on in a fine evening. Breakfast was excellent. Car parking on site, always got a space, but also some parking on nearby roads. Close to beach. Can walk into town in about 10 - 15 minutes. Only reason I did not give a five star was that throughout our stay there was an issue with the hot water. I overheard another guest discussing this with the owner. Other than that, generally happy and would stay again.

Excellence. I cannot speak more highly about Bosanneth. I had neglected Cornwall for too long, and what a wonderful way to see it again. Warm greeting, charming staff, amazing location. It must be noted that care, and attention to detail, were seen everywhere. The room and the view were wonderful. To wake up to the sea and a delightful breakfast, is a greatest start to the day, that you could wish for. Then after your day, there is the most comfortable bed for a restful night. The only problem, was leaving. I commend to all good people.

Wir haben uns in dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmer mit Blick auf die Bucht genossen, wie auch das excellente Frühstück. Cleve hat uns mit hilfreichen Tipps für Sehenswertes und Genussreiches versorgt. Sogar eine sportliche Einlage auf dem sch?nen 18 Loch Golfplatz ganz in der N?he haben wir genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder !
