Unique layout. Worked for 3 people. Kitchenette. Laundry. Didn't like? Absence of parking. Door codes got a bit to get used to. Distance from beaches and Darby St.

Have stayed here several times previously and was extremely impressed. I was somewhat disappointed this time in the cleanliness of 301. Body hairs in shower/basin. The glass tabletops were icky, washing powder and used packets beside the washing machine and wall made me wonder just how clean the place was. I soon found out after a walking barefoot and leaving black footprints on the white bathroom tiles. There was no hot water for a long period in the morning either. I am hoping this was a one off as its such a handy spot.

Check in only happened after Numerous phone calls to access the room. We didn’t check in until 3:45pm! Got inside, decided on a spa before show and the spa did not work. Oh, BTW if you decide to check in early it’s an additional $20 for every hour before 3pm -
