Tina and Scott outdid themselves as usual. This was our fourth visit at this B&B and we can’t rave enough about it. It’s like our home away from home. We even brought another couple of our friends and they are still raving about it and plan on coming with us again next year. Rooms are so comfy and Tina’s breakfasts are wonderful. So close to everything….the Marginal Way,the beach, town, restaurants and shops.

Another wonderful experience. We have been coming here for a number of years. Scott and Tina are always courteous, responsive, and provide a first class atmosphere. Excellent location, with easy walking distance to Perkins Cove, Marginal Way and many venues. Building is older home, very clean and is well maintained.

We just visited the bed-and-breakfast the week of September 23 and enjoyed it as much as we did the previous year. Obviously we liked it a lot since we returned. Rooms number one and two are excellent, and they are conveniently located on the first floor. Tina and Scott are impeccable hosts and do everything to make your stay in Ogunquit memorable. Tina’s pastries at breakfast every morning are something to look forward to every day. We recommend the Ogunquit Playhouse if they have a show while you’re there. Charles

The owners were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was super walkable to all parts of the city. We really enjoyed our stay, this bed and breakfast was cozy and charming, would definitely recommend!

Tastefully decorated and immaculate. Relaxing, inviting, and close to Perkins Cove and Ogunquit Playhouse making our stay very enjoyable. Hosts provided wonderful breakfast and treats along with friendly conversation. Loved it and definitely will be returning.

My husband and I had a great stay at B3 recently! Tina and Scott are wonderful hosts—always pleasant and helpful and never obtrusive. The rooms and common area are clean and cheerful and our bed was comfortable. The breakfast choices are very good, and Tina’s baked goods are a treat! B3’s location is perfect in our opinion; it’s easy to walk everywhere. We highly recommend B3 and are eager to return!

Went for a couple of days to get away. Great location, walking distance to beach and Perkins Cove. Nice comfortable and clean room. Hosts were fantastic and accommodating. Nice breakfast along with daily homemade cake by Tina! Will definitely return!

This is a perfect place to stay. Great location between town and Perkins Cove. My room was very clean and well appointed, and you can tell the owners pay attention to the details. Breakfast was delicious each morning, and the refreshments throughout the day were a nice touch. They also have beach towels, chairs and umbrellas, which is super helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I have been staying at Bourne Bed and Breakfast annually for the past few years. And sometimes, twice a year. We love it there! It is centrally located between Perkins Cove and downtown Ogunquit. The lovely Marginal Way is a short walk down the footpath and a favorite pastime of ours. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. Tina and Scott are welcoming and offer suggestions of things to do in the area. The breakfast is fresh and Tina's homemade pastry of the day is always delicious!
