I booked the Brama Hotel in Bromley at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The luxury gold and green décor gives the place a stylish, high-end feel, and my room was spacious, clean, and very well presented. Everything felt thoughtfully designed, with small details making a big difference — the tea and coffee station being one of many nice touches. A really comfortable and enjoyable stay, far exceeding expectations for a last-minute booking.
Great hotel in Bromley, was perfectly located for transport in and around the area and to London, restaurants and shopping mall very close, and accommodation was equipped with everything we typically would find in international 5* hotels.
The bed was comfortable. No staff available round the clock. To contact there was no house phone. One has to call by What’sApp. It’s the worst hotel I ever lived anywhere. I didn’t find any staff around to tell we are checking out. I couldn’t collect receipts. Lucky to have paid in advance to *******. ******* should not keep such hotels in their selection list.
. So much better than local offerings. A really quiet area but close to local amenities. Room lovely, clean, great products in bathrooms. A special place. I’ve already booked to come back
Quiet modern Luxury in a great location
Lovely newly refurbished building with modern art deco influenced styled rooms. Clean and up to date with mod cons, mini fridge, clothes steamer , GHD hairdryer, coffee machine etc. We stayed in a “ shoebox” room. Lots of switches to content with and bright lights to press for housekeeping etc ( a sleep mask helped me with this!) Bot a huge amount of space to spread your belongings out but we managed. Air con was essential as there were no opening windows in our room. Lovely library to sit and read or help yourself to hot drinks. All instructions are via the app but it was bit tedious having to keep looking things up at times and we would have appreciated instructions next to their machines for quickness. Hard to reach some sockets low under bed use tables but overall it was a lovely stay and very handy for buses and connections into London. Would be happy to stay again.
Not so far out of central London!
This is SUCH a nice hotel. I always seem to sleep very well here - maybe because the bedding is so good. And lots of rather nice, inventive teas/drinks to try! Real, fresh milk in the (silent!) fridge too. The two Bromley railway stations (Bromley North is closer) give easy access to central London, making a stay at Brama a great alternative to somewhere twice the price and half the quality. Highly recommended.
Lovely hotel; pity about the restaurant (lack of)
Another very good, comfortable stay in this excellent hotel: thank you!
My only disappointment is that the on-site restaurant has been closed down so no more cooked breakfasts unless you go out of the hotel. And, sadly, the little "caff" round the corner also seems to have closed down since my last visit so you'll have to use one of the food delivery services - or walk a bit further - if you want a full, cooked breakfast.
Overpriced for zero amenities
No parking so you have to pay £25 per day to use the shopping mall and then find your way to hotel from there. The app to access the building was impossible to use (as someone highly tech savvy I couldn't get the app to work) so just ignore it and ring the bell at the door to get physical keys. There are almost zero hotel services (barely a lobby, no bar or restaurant) so you're paying for a room and nothing more. The rooms are clean and well maintained at least.
