Realmente nos sentimos como en casa, el personal de seguridad es excelente. Las vistas desde el apartamento son espectaculares, perfecto para desayunar y cenar viendo el mar y la naturaleza. Los atardeceres son mágicos. El único detalle es que cuando llegamos aún en la secadora de ropa había ropa de cama y la cama principal en general podría tener mejor colchón, almohadas y ropa de cama y más limpia.

Issue with property management. Second day a man used the code and walked into the condo. Said he was manager and didn’t know unit was occupied! Came to pick up a trash bag that was left in the hall. On the 27th we were awakened by people coming into the condo at 9:15 at night while we were sleeping. Next day we made 3 trips down to the guard to ask who had the code to our condo and how they got onto the property as it is gated. We were stuck in the room the entire day as we weren’t going to leave our things there until we got answers. Late afternoon a man came to change the door code. We had asked for the guard to have them check the camera footage to determine what happened. The man finally got a woman on the phone as he didn’t speak much English. She tried to turn it around on us, saying we must not have locked the door and then that the camera footage didn’t show anyone coming in, indicating that we were lying?? The final straw was that she hung up on us when we were explaining that we had locked the door and asking who had the code. No return call or any explanation given. The rest of the trip was spoiled for us as we didn’t have any trust left in property management. Very disappointed with Breakwater Point.

The room is okay, I love the kitchenette, fully equipped, the only downfall and I would recommend is you get a little table and chairs inside or get an umbrella for the outside table, when the sun hit when we were eating it was unbearably sunny and there was nowhere to sit inside to eat. The only other annoying factor was the sliding glass doors, outside to the balcony were so noisy when opening and closing , that you could hear them down at the pool, if anyone was sleeping as soon as you open the doors it would wake them up, there was no quiet way of opening them, believe me we tried.

The peace and tranquility was to die for. I enjoyed waking up to the sounds of the wave and the birds. The view was priceless, lots of space and was very clean. Little up grade on pots and pans would be good.. otherwise i recommend this place ??

Nice spacious home on the beach. Property manager was very quick in responding to refrigerator problems and got us a replacement immediately the next day.
Overall we enjoyed the stay at this property.

Its a huge apartment with all the amenities needed for a long stay , the views are amazing facing the ocean a river and the jungle

The place was very nice and clean, with beutiful views and macau parrots in the vicinities.

Website is misleading, there aren’t bars or restaurants onsite. Had to walk to Crocs or uber for food and drinks. Location and views were amazing. Unit 703 wasn’t cleaned, mirror and bathrooms were filthy. Main bathroom had challenges of faucet not working correctly and the soap dispenser was broken and leaked contents all of floor making it a slick mess.
