I have spent just a few days at this nice hotel, but I would have liked more time The room was rather spacious and very confy, the view wonderful. Situated on Gyurko street, it ofers great walks and quick acces to everything important for a toirist. The old town is charming and you are literally in the centre of it. A special mention to the wonderful hotel stuff Few people, but very helpful and friendly They gave us maps and every piece of information relevant about the town and its sorroundings. In a polite and relaxed way Thank you guys!

This small boutique hotel was a terrific place to stay. It is well located close to the city center and a short walk to the Fortress. Upon arrival, they offer you a welcome drink that can be enjoyed in your room or from their terrace that overlooks the Monument to the Assen Dynasty. The breakfast is wonderful including some freshly baked traditional Bulgarian pastry. Our room was large, modern, and had a view of the monument. However, what truly separates this hotel from others is the service. The hotel owner went out of his way to assist us wherever possible. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you visit Veliko Tarnovo.

Most of the boutique hotels that I researched for our trip to Veliko Tarnovo were very "Middle Ages" in feel and not to our liking. I was so excited to find the Bridges Residence, which is modern & sleek with wonderful amenities. I just wanted to let travelers know that there is no lift and the breakfast is served on the lower level 4 floors below reception. Also, the hotel is down a very bumpy road of cobblestones with a sharp switchback so the taxis did not want to pick us up or drive us back. The hotel was very gracious and drove us one night and called a friend with a taxi for the other. We did have a problem returning, but at least it was downhill. We loved the hotel and it was one of our favorites of our trip to Bulgaria & Romania, but I just want those with mobility issues to be aware.

Attractive luxury boutique family hotel is in an inviting renovated house from 19th century. Carefully decorated and equiped with modern and inviting furniture. My room was spacious, with supurb views, comfortable bed,and bedings cozy couch, little working desk and big bathroom with amenities of good quality. There are paintings and decor ceramics all around and plants for a home touch. Restaurant with inviting terrace is very bright with natural light and super views. There are also relaxing fragrances in the air - one of the owners is aromatherapist and knows how to prepare essential oils for health benefits.. The food was very tasty, lots of options, local ingrediants, and there are fruits, snacks, tea and coffe avaiable all day.. Personnel and the owners were very attentive, talkative, friendly - I felt like visitng a family... Wi-fi worked perfectly in all hotel. Parking is possible free of charge on the hotel parking just a short walk away.. Location is quiet, very central and safe.

We stayed in the superior suite - King bed. The hotel is small with a small number of rooms which was perfect for us. It was very quiet. The room was spotlessly clean and very modern and comfortable and really light and bright. Bathroom was good, bed was good. Outlook was nice. Aircon worked really well and was quiet. The breakfast was very nice considering so few rooms, with a lot of variety and home cooked options. The location was excellent - in the old town. The staff were helpful and friendly if one needed anything. The rooms are a bit pricey compared to other places in Bulgaria but then we wanted to stay somewhere nice and it was very nice. There is good seating in the room to relax as well. The breakfast started later than most hotels, but on the day we had to leave earlier they did accommodate us.

This new boutique luxury hotel is furnished impeccably and very tastefully. Its building is a historical place in central Veliko Tarnovo and the owners maintained some special features. Our room was spacious, the bed huge and comfortable, linen and towels of highest quality! The unique touches we liked included the essential oil cosmetics in the bathroom, the aroma difuser and the hand-made soaps matching the black granite! What a feast for all senses! The breakfast is exceptionally good, all tastes will be satisfied and ours even exceeded expectations. Bravo to the team who created this jewel in the middle of Bulgaria. We will be returning with great pleasure!

If I could give more than 5 star for service and facilities, I would! The owner and the team make the stay unforgettable! Veliko Turnovo needed such a place and I am happy that it is now available. It is truly a labor of love and I can't stress enough how well taken care you will be staying in this gem of a boutique hotel! Highly recommend! (Yes, it is a bit difficult with the parking, but prior to arrival the owner will send you detailed instruction to help you with that! In any case, you can't beat the location!

Our second time in this lovely hotel , Great place, very clean rooms , breakfast and service are wonderful. Staff is very helpful all the time. Thank you for the hospitality Great location and easy access to old town in Tarnovo. We recommend this place for all year around trips.
