Good evening, thank you for your review. That is exactly what we are, a home offering affordable comfortable accommodation. We do not advertise ourselves as a b&b and it is stated in the listing that the property is self check in. We have facilities for guests to cook for themselves if they wish. And of course we ask guests to be quiet between 10pm and 7am out of respect for other guests. Sorry that we have fallen short of your expectations. It seems you haven’t fully read the description before booking. Kind regards
