We are so happy the guests found our guest house nice and in good condition. The guests are correct, breakfast was not available during their stay with us. The booking site they used had made an error and advertised that it was available to book at the property for an extra charge, but this was not the case and we have since contacted the site and had this corrected. Full English breakfasts ARE available, however, in lots of cafes nearby (2 min walk), most of which do open before 10am, so not too sure where the guests looked. We would have happily recommended a café if they had asked. We also understand that everyone has different bed/pillow preferences so it is very hard to purchase something that suits everyone's taste. However, the king bed and mattress in their particular guest room are less than a few months old and we have had nothing but compliments on them. We also have two types of pillows/cushions, a soft one and a firmer one in order to try to cater for everyone's needs. We are sorry these seemed to be unsuitable.
