Lovely staff on check in / out
This is our 2nd stay, room clean as always.
Had a few issues with noise on either side of room, the other room we had seemed to have better sound proofing, as both sides were shouting , talking gone 11:30pm, thankfully calmed down, but this particular room the walls seemed paper thin. There is a notice saying if after midnight, to call security, might be an idea to make that time earlier?
Overall a great location for visiting our Son, hopefully next time it will be a lot quieter, ir we fet a better sound proofing room?

There was pretty bad noise throughout the night as the Hotel chooses to rent out student rooms next to the Main Area for hotel guests. This does not work.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable and cosy. No coffee or tea was available in the room despite the photos. I was warmly welcomed by reception but disappointed that photos did not show how basic the room but it was was warm. In the morning I mentioned the lack of tea or coffee and was offered some by Tina, an amazingly lovely lady. I chose chocolate and paid. She and I chatted for some time about loss and dealing with it. I will not be staying again though I would like to meet her again. It was supposed to be a respite break from driving almost daily to see my very ill husband in hospital. It is a place for the young and adventurous. I'm sorry that I am no longer either. My wrong choice at a bad time. My thanks to Tina for supporting me at a difficult time.

I had a great stay! As always the room is lovely and clean with comfortable bedding and towels. The staff are amazing, Tina and the team always look after me so well.

Once I got the right car park it was fairly easy to find the hotel, as I arrived late I hate to collect the key from security which wasn’t any problem, the room was basic but adequate for my stay, the free wifi was handy, I didn’t have breakfast

Ideal location to visit Son at Uni, easy parking, location for bus stop into Norwich, staff really lovely and helpfull.
Facilities in room was good, tea coffee and biscuits with kettle, and small fridge in the room.
Slight issue with drain smell in the bathroom, possible sink water trap, running this for a while helped though, unfortunately we were woken to the fire alarm going off at 2am, due to students who live below the hotel, security officer came and checked, no other personnel at the time, not sure how it is recorded who is in the building and who is not?
Thankfully this was not a fire, but aerosol deodrant issue.
Overall great that they offer hotel accommodation on campus and at a reasonable price, served the purpose for what we needed the room for. We would use again as a good option.

This hotel is on the UEA campus and very handy for the LCR and Drama Studio.
à few issues with the room. Leaky shower head, no towels at first (but the receptionist sorted that out quickly and with good humour) and the shower could do with a better door. Overall fine as a place to stay for visiting UEA or nearby. Breakfast was very good nearby at the Sports Hall.

坐落在东英吉利大学学校内部，房间很小，checkin时间也得注意。不然只能找security开门。

其实第一次住这里，因为女儿进了UEA，而酒店是部份学校宿舍改为酒店，所以在UEA校园范围内。照顾女儿很方便，但需要出市区，就只能花￡3.00 坐巴士出去。
夜晚很多学生在校园内禧戏，所以声音比较嘈吵。
