Room was ok. Mattress was extremely firm. Hot water was short lived. You get what you pay for. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The reception is on the 4th floor. The elevator is not accessible on the ground level. We had to carry my Dad in his wheelchair up over 20 stairs to get to the elevator every time we left and came back. It is not an ADA hotel so beware.
