I had a great stay for Boxing Day here at the Buffalo Guesthouse. The atmosphere was very welcoming, staff were brilliant, lots of parking right in front of the building, Marieam, the front desk manager was wonderful and provided excellent customer service! The breakfast was fresh, nice, and hot. My wife and I were able to bring a nice bottle of wine and enjoy it in the very large common area. Finally, we loved the proximity to nightlife (and amazing food) and the safety of the neighborhood.

Was staying only 1 night because I was driving through on my way to the east coast. I called and was given different options for my stay. There are multiple rooms with different accommodations and luckily, I came in mid week so most rooms were available. I opted for the single twin bed with the half bath. I was told ahead of time that this was a very small room. It was great. It felt like those small college dorms. The place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The facility has plenty of common areas to sit and relax. I had to leave really early and Marie, the manager made sure I had breakfast to bring with me for the ride. The location is across the street from the Theodore Roosevelt inaugural National Site and 1 block from plenty of restaurants. I will come back.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and welcomed. (thank you Maria) The building is beautiful and the interior is comfortable and well furnished with comfy recliners on the screened in patio. I booked a small room and it was clean and perfect. The bed and pillows were dreamy. I took a walk down to Nietzies and really enjoyed the small business vibe everwhere. There was a fridge in my room so I picked up sandwich and played some games with folks in the common area. Ill be back. Great stay for sure!

Stayed here for one night, the house is over 100 years old and the architecture is fantastic! Room was small but perfectly adequate, clean and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was available in the kitchen/dining area in the morning which was a nice touch! I spoke with the owner for a while, really nice, friendly guy. The other girl who works there(I didn’t get her name) was super friendly too. It’s a 5 min walk to all the bars and restaurants in Allentown and about a 30 min walk to Sahlen Field and downtown. I would highly recommend this place.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The setup of the house makes for a unique and welcome experience. The rooms are clean and the building is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great location. Within walking distance of lots of cool spots in Buffalo. Highly recommend.
