Fantastic 4 night stay. The room was very clean upon arrival. The food was excellent and all staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. 3 staff stood out and went up and beyond to be helpful and supportive and they were Matt the chef, Simon the receptionist and Gemma the bar attendant.

The room was very nice, newly built Premier Plus room, was very comfortable. It was the breakfast that really let it down. It was very quiet this morning, about 5 people in there when I entered the restaurant. I was nonchalantly greeted by the host, and requested some poached eggs. 15 minutes later I asked if they were coming, which I was informed they were. They arrived 5 minutes later, on a small cold plate, stone cold and swimming in water, and underdone to boot. I wasn’t confident in a re-do, so reluctantly ate them with some toast, wish I hadn’t. It’s a nice Premier Inn, but if this is par for the course with this ultimately new restaurant, then they need to seriously get on top of it, or bad reviews are going to roll in and turn people away. Just go elsewhere to eat is all I can say, McDonald’s would have done better this morning.

Burnley is a great place to visit for business and leisure and you cant dispute the level of comfort this place can offer, clean, fresh and peaceful... stress free

Location ok, rooms ok, restaurant and corridors cold, expensive for the size of evening meal will not be staying again anyway and also the hotel needs a lot of tlc especially windows.

Easy check in and quiet location. Stayed in a premier plus room which was far better than any other premier inn rooms I’ve stayed in. Breakfast was good. It was quiet when I was in, but the lady on duty couldn’t have been more helpful, pleasant or attentive. There were just a couple of minor issues which stopped this rating being higher. No soap in the dispenser next to the sink, so had to stand in the shower every time I need to wash my hands. Kettle and coffee machine hadn’t had the water removed from the previous guest. Other than that, all good.

Had booked room for 2 but needed bed made up plus extra towels. Staff member was helpful in getting this sorted. Whoever had the room before seemed to have used the bathroom to smoke as it stunk of fags. It must have been apparent when the room was being cleaned, but no effort had been made to sort it. Having read previous reviews we avoided getting any meals in the hotel. A positive was the hotel had good parking n was in walking distance of town centre.

Really welcoming hotel with friendly staff, great facilities and very central to town. Restaurant was great and food well prepared. Would definitely recommend

I booked through a third party website and checked that I wanted breakfast included. This was declined at check in and I was told that the restaurant was also closed and unavailable for the afternoon / evening. The room was cold and damp. The neighbouring rooms were busy from 12.30 midnight until approx 4.00 am. The corridor smelled strongly of smoke in the morning. We could not wait to leave

Check in was slow Bed/bathroom first impression was great. However very little toilet paper - 12 sheets. For 2 people for 2 nights. Floor hadn’t been hoovered, bedside light missing. Went to reception to be told he wasn’t allowed to sort toilet paper as room not in main building - got offered 2 packs of folding toilet paper- totally useless as toilet paper holder is locked and no light bulb. Bedroom floor clearly had not been hoovered. He also said short staffed - but when I spoke to hotel manager he said not short staffed. Breakfast in the morning was awful - everything was cold apart from the sausages. Black pudding dry and crispy Scrambled eggs were like rubber Fried eggs were hard
